# Acrium > Acrium plugs the AI a business already uses (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Meta AI/Muse, Cursor, Claude Code) into real business tools through an MCP server at https://acriumautomated.com/mcp. Once connected, that AI can run Google Ads, post and schedule to social media, manage a Shopify store and inventory, and, on the Connect + Voice plan, make and answer phone calls. The customer's own AI does the thinking. By default, anything that can start or raise ad spend waits for the owner's approval (the owner can switch that hold off). Try free for 14 days. No card needed: every new account starts on Connect, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. Then Connect is $9.99/month and Connect + Voice is $29.99/month, monthly, cancel any time. Acrium is new and in early access. It is built and run by its founder, Ethyn Malin (malin.ethyn@acriumautomated.com), who has run his own software business on it since summer 2026 and is its only user so far. There are no customer reviews, ratings or user counts to cite yet. ## Connect your AI (MCP) - **Server**: https://acriumautomated.com/mcp. Setup guide: https://acriumautomated.com/connect (per assistant: `?ai=claude`, `chatgpt`, `grok`, `grok_bot`, `muse` or `other`). Sign up at https://acriumautomated.com/setup (accepts `?ai=`), sign in at https://acriumautomated.com/login. - **How it connects**: add Acrium as a custom connector (remote MCP server) in the AI app, sign in to Acrium, pick the workspaces it may use and the permissions it gets. Apps that only take headers use a personal token instead. A connection never does more than the person who made it. - **For directories and MCP clients**: transport is Streamable HTTP. An unauthenticated request gets a 401 pointing at https://acriumautomated.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource (OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and dynamic client registration). Every tool, with its input schema, is listed without signing in at https://acriumautomated.com/.well-known/mcp/server-card.json. - **Client notes**: Claude free plans allow one custom connector. OpenAI currently lists full write access through ChatGPT custom connectors for Business, Enterprise and Edu. ## What a connected AI can do - **Ads (Google Ads)**: create campaigns, ad groups, search and display ads and keywords; set geo targeting; read campaign stats; pause or enable campaigns. By default, anything that can start or raise ad spend waits for the owner's approval in the dashboard, whichever AI asked, unless the owner turns that hold off in the Approval Gate settings; pausing never waits. Ad spend is billed by Google to the business's own account. - **Connect (posting, store, inventory)**: post and schedule to TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn, and read how published posts performed (views, likes, comments and shares, where the platform reports them); Shopify products, discounts, photos, orders and reports; inventory and SKU sync. - **Calling** (Connect + Voice): a real phone number for the workspace. The AI places calls from a brief, and incoming calls are answered with instructions the owner sets. Transcripts go back to the AI. - **Also included**: shared business notes; an attention queue (new orders, comments, low stock, calls, renders); an auto video editor that makes captioned short videos from footage; Roles (named seats AIs take, with mailboxes to message each other and the owner); AI voiceovers on Connect + Voice. - **Approvals**: the Approval Gate can also hold posts, store changes and emails. TikTok posts always need a person's approval. ## MCP plans - **Connect**: $9.99/month, after a 14-day free trial with no card: everything above except calling and voiceovers. 30 minutes of video rendering a month, 5 GB of storage. No AI credits needed: the customer's own AI does the thinking. - **Connect + Voice**: $29.99/month: everything in Connect, plus a phone number, calls both ways and AI voiceovers. 12,000 AI credits a month pay for calls and voiceovers (1,000 until the first charge, when bought during the free trial). 60 minutes of video rendering a month, 20 GB of storage. Try free for 14 days. No card needed. Every new account's first workspace gets Connect for 14 days, one free trial per person. Calls, phone numbers and voiceovers aren't in the trial. When it ends the tools stop and the workspace's data stays; choosing a plan during the trial keeps the free days (the first charge is when the trial ends). After that, monthly, cancel any time. ## Agents on Acrium (agent plans) Businesses that would rather not bring their own AI can have Acrium run AI agents for them on a separate agent plan. Agents post to social media, answer and send email, run Google Ads and keep Shopify products and inventory up to date. By default, new workspaces hold every outgoing action for the owner's approval. Having Klio design agents is free; switching an agent on takes an agent plan. Agent plans start at $29/month, and new customers pay $1 for their first 30 days of Solo or Team, then $29 or $49/month until they cancel. ### How agents work - **Agents**: each agent has a job described in plain English and works in the background, using the accounts the owner connects. Agents can be switched off at any time. - **Built-in team**: every workspace starts with five ready-made agents: a manager plus specialists for ads, social media, email and outreach, and customer support. The owner can edit, pause or delete any of them, and restore a built-in agent's default instructions. They don't count toward the plan's agent limit. - **Klio**: the chat setup assistant in the dashboard. Describe the work in plain English and Klio designs the agents. Klio is free to try without a plan (a short free preview of 5 messages); agents only run once the workspace has a plan. - **Approval Gate**: on by default for every outgoing action type (emails, social posts, ad changes, product and discount changes, and so on). Held actions wait in the dashboard until the owner approves or denies them, and nothing held goes out before that. When actions are waiting, the workspace owner gets an email (at most one every few hours per workspace). The owner can loosen the gate per action type. - **Test mode**: agents run, but nothing goes out. - **AI credits**: each plan includes AI credits every month, spent whenever AI does the work. The owner picks how smart each agent is (three intelligence levels), and smarter levels use credits faster. When credits run out, agents pause until the monthly reset. Optional one-time top-ups cost $5, $10, $20 or $50 ($10 buys 8,000 credits); purchased credits carry over until used. Acrium never charges more automatically. ### What agents can do - **Social media**: post to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads and Bluesky, and reply to comments on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn and Bluesky. - **Gmail**: read, reply to and send email. - **Google Ads**: create campaigns, ad groups, and search and display ads; add keywords; set geo targeting; pause or enable campaigns; read performance stats. Ad spend is billed by Google to the business's own account. - **Shopify** (for businesses that sell online): create, update, delete and publish products; add product photos; create discounts and price rules; read orders. - **Inventory** (Team and up): built-in inventory tracking. - **Slack**: send and read messages. - **Phone calls** (Scale and up): agents place and answer calls. - **Video**: edit short videos from uploaded clips and photos; voiceover and subtitles on Team and up. - **Custom MCP connectors**: connect any tool with an MCP server, with a per-action choice of allowed, ask first or blocked. - **Web search**: look things up before writing. - **Reminders**: one-off reminders and hourly, daily or weekly routines. - **Budget tracking**: log spending and recurring costs against the business's budget, and flag ad spend not yet logged. - **Teamwork**: agents message each other, share a team notepad and see what the others are doing; an agent can start a short-lived helper or add a new agent within the plan's limit. - **Media library**: use uploaded photos and clips, and save what they make back to it. - **Manage agents from an AI app**: on an agent plan, a connected AI app can also check on agents and change their settings. Acrium's agents do not use that app's account or subscription, and still run on the workspace's AI credits. Approving held actions from an AI app is off unless the person grants it. Acrium does not manage Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ads or TikTok ads, and it does not reorder or restock products. ### Agent plans - **Solo**, $29/month: 1 user, 3 agents (plus the built-in team), 12,000 AI credits a month, 15 minutes of video a month, 5 GB of storage. - **Team**, $49/month: 5 users, 10 agents, 24,000 AI credits, 60 minutes of video, 20 GB, plus inventory tracking, voiceover and subtitles. - **Scale**, $99/month: 35 users, 100 agents, 48,000 AI credits, 300 minutes of video, 100 GB; everything in Team, plus phone calls. - **Enterprise**, $179/month: unlimited users and agents, 112,000 AI credits, 600 minutes of video, 200 GB; everything in Scale. New customers pay $1 for their first 30 days of Solo or Team (once per customer), then the plan renews at $29/month (Solo) or $49/month (Team) every month until cancelled. Scale and Enterprise have no $1 month. Signing up and designing agents with Klio need no card; a card is required to start a plan, which switching an agent on needs. Cancel online from Billing at any time. Sign up at https://acriumautomated.com/setup (a few plain questions, then an account and a 6-digit email code). ## Public pages - [Connect your AI](https://acriumautomated.com/connect): step-by-step setup guide for Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Meta AI and other MCP apps, with the MCP plans - [Home](https://acriumautomated.com/): what Acrium does, how it works, pricing and FAQ - [Docs](https://acriumautomated.com/docs): connecting an AI app through the MCP server and what it can do, plans, the Approval Gate, agents and their tools, custom MCP connectors, and the public API ([full API reference](https://acriumautomated.com/docs/api)) - [About the founder](https://acriumautomated.com/about): who builds Acrium and how he uses it - [Acrium vs Polsia](https://acriumautomated.com/vs-polsia): side-by-side comparison.
