What does it cost?
Setting up an account is free. New customers can try either plan free for 7 days (once per customer, card required); cancel in Billing before the trial ends and you won't be charged. After that, Connect is $9.99/month: posting, Shopify, Google Ads, inventory, shared notes, the attention queue and the video editor. Connect + Voice is $29.99/month and adds a real phone number with minutes included, AI phone calls both ways and AI voiceovers, with 12,000 AI credits a month to pay for them. Both renew monthly until you cancel. Ad spend is billed by Google to your own Google Ads account.
Do I need a paid AI app?
Not always. Claude's free plan allows one custom connector, which is all Acrium needs. In ChatGPT, full write access for custom connectors currently needs a Business, Enterprise or Edu plan, according to OpenAI. Grok, Meta AI, Cursor and Claude Code can connect too, and the setup guide shows the steps for each.
How do I connect my AI?
Pick a plan, then add https://acriumautomated.com/mcp as a connector in your AI app and sign in to Acrium. You choose which workspaces it can reach and can switch off any permission. The setup guide walks you through it for Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Meta AI and others.
Is ad spend included, and can my AI spend money without asking?
Ad spend isn't included: Google bills it to your own Google Ads account. And no: anything that can start or raise ad spend (new campaigns, bids, keywords, wider targeting, switching a campaign on) waits for your approval in the Acrium dashboard, whichever AI asked. Pausing a campaign never waits.
What if my AI gets something wrong?
Ad spend always waits for you. You can also put posts, store changes and emails behind the Approval Gate, so they wait for your OK in the dashboard before they go out, and TikTok posts always need approval. A connection can never do more than the person who connected it: you pick its workspaces and can switch off permissions when you sign in, and you can disconnect it any time.
Do I need AI credits?
Not on Connect: your own AI does the thinking, so there's nothing extra to pay for on our side. Connect + Voice comes with 12,000 AI credits a month, which pay for phone calls and voiceovers.
Is there a long-term contract, and how do I cancel?
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel online anytime: open Billing in your dashboard and press Cancel plan. No call or email needed, and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Canceling doesn't delete anything. To remove your data, delete the workspace or your account in Settings: that permanently removes its history, records and stored credentials, and deletes your files, usually within an hour.
What access do you get to my Google Ads, Shopify and social accounts, and is my data used to train AI?
You connect each one yourself by signing in to Google, Meta or Shopify and approving Acrium there, so we never see your passwords. Connection tokens are encrypted. Disconnect any account from Connections in your dashboard, or revoke Acrium's access in your Google, Meta or Shopify settings, at any time. We never use your settings, content, credentials or activity to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models, and we don't sell or give your data to anyone for that.
Will it sound like my business?
Write your brand voice and policies into shared business notes once. Your AI reads them before it acts, and so does every other AI you connect. And with posts behind the Approval Gate, you read each one before it goes out.
Can Acrium run the agents for me instead?
Yes. Agent plans give you AI agents that live on Acrium and work in the background every day. Klio, the setup assistant, designs them for you, and they run on Acrium's AI credits. See the agent plans.
Does it work for my kind of business?
Very likely, if you find customers through social media, Google or phone calls. That works whether your business is online or local: services, local shops, creators, agencies, software. Store tools need a Shopify store, and ads need a Google Ads account.
Who's behind Acrium?
