Check your ChatGPT plan first.

OpenAI currently lists full write access through ChatGPT custom connectors (posting and changing things, not just reading) for Business, Enterprise and Edu. On other plans it may only read. The quick test: connect Acrium, then ask ChatGPT to save a note in Acrium. If that works, posting will too. If you're not on one of those plans, Claude's free plan works with Acrium as well.

How to connect

  1. Start the free trial

  2. Connect your social accounts

    In the Acrium dashboard, sign in to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and whichever others you use. ChatGPT can only post where you've connected an account.

  3. Add Acrium to ChatGPT

    Turn on developer mode, add https://acriumautomated.com/mcp as a custom connector with OAuth, and sign in. The ChatGPT setup guide has each step.

Which ChatGPT plans can post through Acrium?

OpenAI currently lists full write access through custom connectors for Business, Enterprise and Edu. On other plans, ChatGPT may only be able to read. Ask it to save a note in Acrium: if that works, posting works too. On Business, Enterprise or Edu, your workspace admin may need to allow custom connectors first.

I'm on ChatGPT Plus. What should I do?

Try the note test above. If ChatGPT can't make changes, Claude's free plan allows one custom connector, which is all Acrium needs, and the same Acrium account works with both.

Which platforms are supported?

TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn. Acrium doesn't run Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ads or TikTok ads; it posts organic content.

Will ChatGPT post things I haven't seen?

Not if you don't want it to. The Approval Gate can hold posts until you approve them in the dashboard, and TikTok posts always wait for a person. You also pick the permissions ChatGPT gets when you sign in.
