One MCP connector for your small business.
MCP lets an AI app use real tools. The catch for a small business: one connector per tool, and some AI plans only allow one custom connector. Acrium is a single MCP server that covers the day-to-day: social posting on nine platforms, Google Ads, Shopify, inventory and SKU sync, shared notes and, on Connect + Voice, your phone line.
Try free for 14 days. No card needed. Then Connect is $9.99/month; Connect + Voice, with phone calls, is $29.99/month. Cancel any time.
What's behind the one connection
- Social: post and schedule to TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn, and read how posts did.
- Google Ads: campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, geo targeting and stats. By default, anything that can start or raise spend waits for your approval.
- Shopify and inventory: products, discounts, photos, orders and reports, plus inventory and SKU sync.
- Phone calls (Connect + Voice): a real number. Your AI places calls from a brief, incoming calls are answered with instructions you set, and transcripts come back to the AI.
- The glue: shared business notes, an attention queue (new orders, comments, low stock, calls), a short-video editor, and Roles, so several AIs can work in one workspace and message each other.
If you only need Shopify, you may not need us.
Claude already has an official, free Shopify connector. If your store is the only thing you want your AI to touch, start there. Acrium is for when you also want posting, Google Ads, inventory sync and calls in the same conversation, with one sign-in and one set of permissions.
How to connect
Three steps, about five minutes.
-

Make an account at /setup. 14 days of Connect, no card.
-
Connect your tools
In the Acrium dashboard, sign in to the accounts your business uses: social accounts, Google Ads, Shopify. Connecting needs a browser sign-in; after that your AI uses them.

Things to ask your AI
- “What needs my attention in Acrium?”
- “Which products are running low on stock?”
- “Call the supplier at (555) 010-0000 and ask when order 1042 ships.”
Straight answers.

What is MCP, in plain terms?
The Model Context Protocol is how AI apps like Claude and ChatGPT plug into outside tools. You add a server's address as a custom connector, sign in, and the AI can use that server's tools in a chat. Acrium's address is https://acriumautomated.com/mcp.
Which AI apps can connect?
Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Meta AI (Muse), Cursor and Claude Code, plus other apps that support remote MCP servers. Claude's free plan allows one custom connector, which is all Acrium needs. For ChatGPT, OpenAI currently lists full write access through custom connectors for Business, Enterprise and Edu.
What stops my AI from doing something expensive or embarrassing?
By default, anything that can start or raise ad spend waits for your approval, and it stays that way unless you switch it off in the Approval Gate settings. The gate can also hold posts, store changes and emails, and TikTok posts always need a person. A connection never does more than the person who made it: you pick its workspaces and permissions when you sign in.
What doesn't it do?
It doesn't run Meta (Facebook or Instagram) ads or TikTok ads, and it doesn't reorder or restock products for you. Calls, phone numbers and voiceovers need Connect + Voice and aren't in the free trial.
Do I need AI credits?
Not on Connect: your own AI does the thinking. Connect + Voice includes 12,000 AI credits a month to pay for calls and voiceovers.
What does it cost?
Try free for 14 days. No card needed, and nothing is charged when the trial ends. Then Connect is $9.99/month: everything except calls and voiceovers, with 30 minutes of video rendering and 5 GB of storage. Connect + Voice is $29.99/month and adds a phone number, calls both ways and voiceovers. Monthly, cancel any time.
Is anyone else using it?
Not yet, honestly. Acrium is new and in early access. Its founder, Ethyn Malin, runs his own software business on it and is its only user so far. There are no reviews or user counts to show you.
Try it on your own business.
Make an account, connect your accounts and your AI, and ask it for something real. You have 14 days to see whether it earns its place.
